We went to the ****** Airlines oversize claim area and asked the workers if Breeze took oversized baggage here. Since there is no "designated area" for Breeze. We located the 3 Standard sized checked bags and then had to ask where the oversized baggage would go. Once we arrived in *******, we went to the baggage claim area. We witnessed them loading the oversized bags onto the plane before we boarded. We paid for all of these when we booked the flight. We also checked 5 bags, which 2 of them were oversized. We purchased 2 direct flights from Orange County, ** to *******, ** to depart ** on 08/22/23.
